3 rounds interview, 3+ interviewers, hiring manager will host and ask questions, other intervierwer mainly are the counterpart in furture work, they will listen and evaluate, in the end, they will rate the candidate together, this is the process.

Interview
Attended a Super Day recruiting event. One of the best interview experiences I've ever had. Was able to interview with 4 members of the team all in one day without phone interviews or multiple trips. Most interviews were conducted in a large room with multiple candidates for various positions being interviewed simultaneously at other tables, yet this actually helped to maintain a relaxed atmosphere. Very well coordinated. Breakfast, lunch and travel taken care of by UTC. Offer was given (by phone) one week after the event.
