The interview was pretty much chill. Majorly discussed about the cv and the kind of person I was. Not too many technical questions. One needs to relax and show their honest self to get in.

There is an Aptitude test followed by interview . There was also an interpersonal test . The questions were based on the assessment results. The person is mostly evaluated on the fact that whether the person has a desire to learn and unlearn .

Interview
I was already volunteering with one of their programmes, and was referred by one of the employees. I had to send my CV, spoke to HR on phone, did an inventory, and was interviewed twice by two senior members of the organisation.
