Every company must learn about Praxent's interview process. They do it the way that it should be done! They care about you and your strengths. They don't ask unnecessary or tricky questions. The best way to describe it is that the interview process if more than fair.

I had my first interview with the recruiter who reached out to me through LinkedIn, he was very nice and friendly and we had the first introduction with a 30-minute call where he asked a few questions about me and my experience and also explained a bit about the company and what they were looking for. After that, I did a code challenge and passed to the next round which was a technical and biographical interview that lasted for about 2 hours. The questions were mostly related to my experience, personal life, and software development. After a few days, a recruiter reached out to me we had a quick meeting where she made an offer and I accepted. It was a great experience in general, the recruiters and interviewers were very kind and helpful. I'm glad to have joined the company.
