Praxis Automation Technology interview questions

I was asked about my work experience, etc. All seemed to go in a good direction until we got to the point about my nationality. I was asked about my salary expectation, which I told based on my current earnings and industry standard. this is what I was told by the manager, "I am sorry but I can not pay foreigners more than Dutch people"
