I was hesitant to interview based on previous interview reviews, but it seems like this company has completely revamped their hiring process as I had no issues. It was a typical screening process. I submitted my resume through LinkedIn and was contacted by the hiring manager within a day. She set up a brief call so she could describe the role a bit more, answer my questions and ensure that this position was still a good fit for me. She sent me a couple of tests that didn't take very long. I was then moved forward to speak with the Vice President. He did talk a lot but he shared a lot of information about the company and also answered all of my questions. I chose not to move forward but overall had a good experience with the interview.
