Short interview with the RSM, then Phone interview with DSM, then Interview with VP of sales. After this you will either have the job or not.
The RSM will be the most accurate representation of the company. DSM doesn't really know the business, more of a numbers guy. VP is a sales guy, he will ask some tough questions.
Basically if you have any sales acumin you should be fine, just show them that you are looking to grow the territory, make money etc.
