Premier Building Solutions interview questions

Responded to a web posting. I was called back in about a week & got an interview. Initially, I met with a Territory Manager, asked just basic stuff. Then, I met with his boss for more basic questions before I was offered the job on the spot. Felt more like they go through many sales people. I would only be trained on some of the basic products to master features/benefits. If succeeded in that phase, I would be trained on more of the product line. Felt like they would only invest minimum in training to know what they had before they would try to give you what you really needed to be successful.

Not much to the interview process. If you will talk on the phone all day and keep prospecting they will make you an offer.
