"Lengthy Process that was actually great until the end. Application led to a phone screen. The recruiter spelled out the process flawlessly, and explained that it was a 4 part interview. She scheduled the second interview, for a few days later, immediately after our screen. My second interview with the hiring manager went great, and within an hour, the recruiter sent an invitation to the third interview another couple of days later (this was for me to meet my peer who I would be primarily working with if I got the job). During the interview, we spoke for an hour and he said I would be perfect - he said he looked forward to working with me, He went on to say that wasn't sure if I would be getting an offer straight away, or there would be another interview. He said I would definitely be hearing something very soon. (From what I was told at the onset, there would be a final interview with HR). I didn't hear anything more from anyone after the third interview. I followed up with the recruiter after a few days, but she had no update whatsoever and I was ghosted after that. Is it really that difficult for a recruiter to take 30 seconds and notify candidates one way or the other? After 3 interviews, candidates shouldn't be ghosted. This to me speaks volumes to how it must be working there."
