Phone interview was conducted well. The initial interview was friendly with questions and answer session. The second interview the atmosphere changed to more a corporate feel, somewhat rigid and not as friendly. The information given in the first interview was not the same as the information in the second interview. Current EMR is not user friendly and they are updating their EMR to one rated #13 out of #15 for EMR's. Set schedule with additional duties and chart reviews, audits, etc. Any time off has to be requested 30 days in advance per company policy.
