Initial phone interview with a recruiter. Recruiter was very unprofessional and seemed like she hated her job. She even yawned a couple times during the short call. Maybe she needed a nap???
Next steps include one of those tacky cattle call one-way video interviews. Even though they automate as much of the process so they won't have to invest any real time with candidates-they still fail to follow up on your hiring status. Hello...send a email of your decision.
