1 Telephonic round: Basic questions like introduction were asked.
2 HR Round via Zoom: Likely focused on assessing your fit for the company culture and understanding your career goals.
3 Managerial Round via Zoom: Involved more in-depth discussions about your skills, experiences, and how you'd handle managerial responsibilities.

very unprofessional hiring process,after clearly explaining my experience and profile in the first round they took 2 more rounds of interview and then they ghosted me for a week and when asked, they said you dont have enough experience, Complete waste of time and they asked to submit my documents and then ghosted me again, at least send a proper rejection rather than wasting one's time and effort
