Easy, but vague and they take their ownsweet time to get back - there is no sense of urgency. Makes you wonder if they are genuinely interested in recruiting at all.

The interview process involved completing a take-home assignment that demonstrated my skills and understanding of the role. This was followed by a one-on-one meeting with a team member to discuss my submission, approach, and relevant professional experience.
