Two face to face interviews that lasted two hours each plus a phone interview with senior staff. Was Offered job with formal letter, however, Human Resources did not follow up with staff.
Very disorganized regional management staff and felt that senior staff could have been more forthcoming with information when dealing with new hires and job offers.
The company receives federal money for low income housing so after experiencing the confusing and secretive behavior of management when hiring, was relieved when the job fell through and believe that the company is trying to work through issues with the Department of Federal Housing (Programs).
