Multiple rounds of interviews. Through the process it became clear they did not know what they were looking for and in the end ended up extending an offer, only for it to be an extreme lowball for the level of responsibility. Also, the interviewer was late and joined one interview from public transit. Not a good experience and I turned down the offer because I know what it would be like to work with these guys.
