applied online, a recruiter emailed a couple of days after with a request for a phone call. it was about a 20 minute call. The recruiter was very nice and saved 5 minutes for me to ask questions. She said I would hear in a week and a half if i was going to be going to the next round

Started with a normal question of "tell me about yourself" but the next question was, "why did you leave your last company". and then the next question was, "why did you leave the company before that" and then one more time.
