Phone interview that went well overall but position is open for almost 30 more days. After the 30 days then they will start doing call backs for who they want to interview in person. To me, that time frame is off as many people seeking employment aren't looking that far in advance.

Why would you make a good fit here at our company?
There were 3 interviews for the manager position and the schedule times were flexible which made it easy for me including a phone interview since schedules were not matching. All interviews were conducted professionally and friendly which made the decision easy.
