Pride Institute interview questions

I was dressed professionally, Director of Nirsong met me, she was in casual attire. Interview was informal, spent less than 5 minutes talking to them and wasn't once asked an interview question. Was then given a tour and then asked if I wanted the job. It was the most unprofessional interview I have ever had in my life.

A few steps, but nothing outrageous. There was an online application, a phone screen, and then a face to face with the hiring manager. There was a couple days between the screen and 1st interview.
