      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Prime Therapeutics in Apr 2026

      Interview

I had a phone screen first and was moved fairly quickly to a second-round panel interview. Overall, the conversations were positive. The team members I spoke with were welcoming, thoughtful, and seemed very optimistic about the future of the product and the company. About a month later, I received an email letting me know the role had been canceled due to a shift in business initiatives. I appreciated that they followed up and gave me closure, since that does not always happen in hiring processes. I replied to thank them for their time and asked to be kept in mind for future product roles, but later realized the message had come from a no-reply email address. Overall, the interview experience itself was good, and the people I met represented the company well. The only downside was the role being canceled after the interview process and not having a clear way to respond directly to the recruiter afterward.
