Met with HR at first, then with my direct report, then with the CEO. I was told that the CEO meets with virtually everyone at the corporate HQ before an offer is made, which helps to illustrate the level to which he is involved on a day-to-day basis with the company.

Received an email about a face to face interview after submitting my resume. Had a great meeting with the HR person who was going to follow up with me in 3 days. After a week she responded to my emails to come in and meet with the Marketing Mgr. face to face.
