External recruiter contacted through Linkedin, passed information to internal recruiter. Phone screen with internal recruiter to discuss background and interests alignment and answer any questions from there. Recruiter did not seem knowledgeable about the company and could not answer many questions, also failed to follow up despite having promised to do so. Did not bother reaching back out due to the unprofessional experience with both external and internal recruiters.
