The initial interview is a typical interview! The director or curriculum coordinator usually asks a host of easy questions about why you want to work for the company. If you make it through the intital interview, they’ll invite you back for a working interview.

Quick , they needed teachers at the time , so as long as you follow the rules they present and have a clean background and listen to directions, you’re good.

I had the interview and I felt the owner Adela was not pleasant. I felt she was rude and very disrespectful. I also found out from other ex-employees who worked for her that she said some really nasty things about them behind their back. They also said the school has a lot of turnover and that people who work there don’t stay there very long. No thank you, I will not work here.
