Prior's Court Foundation interview questions

Friendly welcome, basic questions about experience in care, whether you have experienced working with people with autism/ what knowledge you have of autism, why you are good for the role and whether you have experience using TEACHH or managing challenging behaviours.

First, you will get a phone call asking you some questions and working out when it will be a good opportunity for you to come in for an interview. Then you have an interview with either house managers or someone from the training team. There will be two people asking you questions in the interview. There is also a maths test and a scenarios-based test.
