You have to do a written and numeracy assessment and a face to face interview with 2 people on the panel. Lovely site and made to feel comfortable, straight forward process.

Interview
First, you will get a phone call asking you some questions and working out when it will be a good opportunity for you to come in for an interview. Then you have an interview with either house managers or someone from the training team. There will be two people asking you questions in the interview. There is also a maths test and a scenarios-based test.
