Receive an email from HR requesting interview. Interview with either office manager or front office manager (depending on your role within the clinic), walk through tour of location and small introductions to current staff. Receive e-mail from HR regarding whether they would like to extend you an offer of employment or not.

The interview was brief and straightforward. The basic questions that you would expect to be asked were asked. I submitted my resume online, was invited to an in-person interview within days, conducted the interview the following week and was offered the position the week after.
