1. They do not respect candidate's time. In each of my rounds, the interviewers were between 5 and 15 minutes late. I had to call the HR and ask them if anyone would be joining post which they joined. This reflected lack of professionalism and respect for candidate's time
2. The interviewers weren't prepared with the right set of questions to understand fit, & that would lead to a sub-optimal interview experience for the candidate as well
3. The HR takes a lot of time to come back. The HR called me 2 weeks after my first round to confirm selection for second round. By this time, I had assumed that they wouldn't select me, which didn't turn out to be the case. Similar thing happened during the final round when they came back a month after the second round. This convinced me that this isn't a firm that respects people
4. They do not have the right set of people to drive growth. You would not be content performing at Prismforce, because there is no set job function, and you will be expected to get involved in multiple things outside your scope
5. Middle management has limited clarity and alignment with firm's vision and growth plan, which is alarming
6. While they boast of 8 solutions on their website, they offer only 5 as of date. This feels like a trap to get more business, while also to impress candidates
I wouldn't see Prismforce to be an ideal firm to join until the next 3 years, as it might affect your resume
