First of all I was contacted by a consultancy company to be placed in Privalia. We had a talk by phone and they said that I fit the job description provided by Privalia. After that they said that the company wants to continue the process with me with a Codility test. The test was average difficulty. The part is to have a good logic. I passed the test and the company like my development in this test. So we set up a Skype meeting with Privalia people. The morning of the interview, the consultant company asked me a question from Privalia. And Privalia people don't come to the skype interview without any notice!! I learn only the day after by the consultancy company that they realise that my profile is not what they wanted as I don't have e-commerce background... Remember they validated my CV... It's lack of respect from my point of view. I just wanted to shared this experience.
