Pro Chem, Inc. interview questions

The hiring process was very organized, I enjoyed being in their office, and felt at home speaking to Lynn, Warren, and Tracy. Lynn is an exceptional and caring recruiter. I was very excited to receive the offer letter from Pro Chem. Upon resigning from my current job, I was offered a promotion. After careful consideration, I decided it was logical to remain at my current position. This was a difficult decision as I have great respect for Pro Chem.

Took six months for someone to come and intervew me from the tiime I was initially contacted. I had to go ride along with another rep for a day before actually getting an interview. Also had to take a personality test before getting an interview. I am a college graduate and had never heard of a good bit of the words that were on the test, however in the interview the test seemed to have a lot of weight. Once I got the job, all the people in office were extremely nice except for the lady in the collections department. You only see the office staff in the semi-annual meetings however you will talk to them almost daily on the phone.
