Interview started with a online IQ test followed by a 30 minute phone screen asking situational questions. Following the phone screen, I was given 2 days to complete an assignment and then received feedback from the team on what I need to work on in order to be considered for the role in the future. I thought the assignment was interesting and well thought out, appreciate the feedback and also enjoyed the overall experience. I hope that I can improve my skills and be considered in the future for a position.

Interview
HR screening followed by a lengthy technical assignment with good situational questions.
The only part I did not like about the interview is that after spending almost 15 hours of my time on the assignments, I had to wait and enquire for feedback to which they replied not selected due to implementation elements and best practices missing as feedback. I would have appreciated a 15-minute discussion with the technical team to understand the mistakes so that it could help me with my technical skills as well. I think 15-minutes of interviewer time is worth donating on a candidate who spent 15 hours of his time for the assignment.

The whole of the interviewing process was very unique and interesting.
The first round was purely testing our adaptability and general problem solving skills.
The second round was all about the technical expertise that a candidate brings to the table.
The following rounds were conversations with their leadership where both consulting and technical skill-sets were tested.
