It was an initial phone screening call. The interviewer was nice, patient, transparent, and helped me get an idea of the position. Although the position aligned with what I was looking for, the pay was not and she understood.
Phone interview, followed by several in-person interviews. Met with three different staff members as part of the interview process, on two separate occasions. They made me feel comfortable and were sincere and genuine in their questioning.
