ProRetention Java Developer interview questions

I have attended the walking interview there @11 am in the morning.All the candidates sitting ideally there for four hours. They Informed that the 1st round is aptitude test. And they called everyone inside @2 pm . And there were 50 Aptitude questions. And they declare the result @ 4:30 pm. They are not even respecting the candidates. And also 1st 2 month there will be no salary. After 2 months based on your performance they will hire you . 2 years bond.
