I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ProShop ERP (Vancouver, BC) in Jun 2024
Interview
Although the interview process was lengthy, the interviews were positive with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and learn about the company.
There were 5 different stages to the interview process, generally meeting different team members. Culture fit seems to be very important here and it shows by the people I spoke to, all of whom were lovely.

Question 1
Describe your experiences working in a B2B marketing operation.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ProShop ERP (Bellingham, WA) in May 2024
Interview
Straightforward process consisting of three total interviews that include speaking with the hiring manager, speaking with the team lead and then speaking with the VP. Relatively by-the-numbers process but an altogether pleasant and transparent one so not much to complain about

Question 1
What do you think makes you a capable candidate for consideration?
This company should be avoided. The word 'junior' comes to mind when describing my experience. I had four interviews, and told to prepare strategies for a fifth and then ghosted for weeks (twice). My fourth interview really sparked some red flags. The interviewer spent 50% of our time expressing his issues with some of the leaders in the company, insulting a team member and saying how there is no foundation or current understanding of marketing. He tries to hide these comments as 'I'm just a good guy, letting you know what you're getting in to'. This whole process was over a month with multiple weeks of silence from their end. Their final request was to prepare multiple strategies in a final interview, only to receive an automated response 2 weeks later. If who they choose to represent their company, is in fact, who they are as a company ... I would advise avoiding.
