Phone screening with hr recruiter then technical panel interview from the client. The technical interview was actually ok. The interviewers were nice. What went wrong is on the hr recruiter side. No updates on the result. Even if a candidate doesn't pass, they still deserve to hear that news. This outsourcing company tend to be enthusiastic at first (call, email, and reach out on LinkedIn) but then they don't really care afterwards if they won't get their commission.
