Technical Sales Associate/Order Fulfillment Associate Interview

      14 Nov 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ProZyme

      Interview

I applied via craigslist and got a call back a week later. I was scheduled for an in-person interview merely days later. It was clear that they were desperate to fill the position. I arrived on time and was welcomed. The company at the time seemed like a normal place to work. The questions asked by the 2 people that interviewed me that day were mostly behavioral. It seemed like they just wanted to confirm I'd fit with the team. In hindsight, I think they wanted to gauge how thick skinned I was. Considering the comical turn over rate of the department, they were looking for someone with endurance. I got a call back merely days after the in person interview and was offered the position.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Asked a hypothetical question about how to handle customer complaints. Wasn't really difficult, but it was the only question of substance at the time.
