I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ProblemShared in Dec 2025
Interview
The communication from their TA contact was excellent, followed swiftly by an interview. Really positive experience and the people I met were a great representation of their culture. Unfortunately, I wasn't successful in securing the role, but I would apply in future should another suitable role come up.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ProblemShared in Aug 2025
Interview
First stage was screening with the internal Talent Person, meeting was recorded, so wider team can also review this discussion (I don't have a problem with it)
Next stage as a discussion with a hiring manager and understanding the role requirements, role of the data engineer in their expansion. Also it was a culture fit discussion.
I was not asked to do a technical test, but next stage was a another deeper dive into some data engineering topics, and considering that I had an experience in the technologies CTO and CDO were considering implementing, it was a more detailed discussion about pros and cons of various tools.
I have been offered a role, but I have declined - which I am still not sure if it was the best decision for me! Team are great, very eager to find positive people to take part in their data platform implementation efforts. I would definitely consider applying again in the future, as they do seem like a sincere and dedicated group of people.
