The interview is based on your personality and really has nothing to do with your skills. You will meet one on one with a manager. References and skills did not seem to phase him, but seemed to only be if I had any issues with frequent trips. As a note, the trips are at your expense for the most part. They provide you with a scummy hotel that looks worse than the shady "hourly" hotels. Pretty scary. More attention should be directed to the skill and/or potential of an employee. You may be told a little about the bonus program, but that is more of a carrot. It changes constantly before it can be attained.
