I had a few different interviews, and they all went really well. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to, which helped make the conversations feel natural. I was definitely nervous because it's a position I'm genuinely excited about and really want, but overall I enjoyed meeting the team. The only thing I wish I had a little more clarity on was the next steps and timeline. The team seems very organized and intentional, and they appear to know exactly what they're looking for in the person they hire. That made me feel like they have a strong vision for the role and where they want the team to go. I left feeling positive about the conversations and even more interested in the opportunity, but now I'm just in that waiting phase and hoping for the best.
