I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Carpinteria, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
Efficient and effective, I never felt like my time was being wasted. The tight communication channels ensured that I was always up to date and my questions quickly answered, even despite the fact that I was interviewing from 1800 miles away.
I was able to visit their beautiful campus and in that short time I was able to get a good sense of the friendly and enthusiastic culture embraced by the Procore team.

I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Cairo, Cairo Governorate) in Oct 2024
Interview
Four interviews. Two technical, one behavioral and one leadership. One of the best interview processes I've experienced. Upon request for feedback, the recruiter offered me a callback, which was extremely helpful in absorbing, for once, the empirical reasons for rejection.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Procore Technologies in Jun 2024
Interview
I was supposed to have two interviews.
Firstly, they tried setting me up for an interview they already had someone in mind for, but didn't know if he was willing to move from Houston.
They cancelled when he accepted, but rescheduled when I pointed out a new position was listed to the recruiter. Nailed that interview but then they notified me that position was being closed. Tried to interview for a third position with the same requirements, and the recruiter just ghosted me when I asked.
Seems like they're completely disorganized and frankly I feel like I dodged a bullet
