I started with a phone screen with the Head of Recruiting and then moved on to a phone screen with the Hiring Manager. I was then brought in for a day of interviews with People team members and hiring managers that I would be recruiting for.

Confusing. Long wait to get an interview and then a long time for a response. Interupted process and unknowledgable recruiter. In the long run they really didn't listen to my questions nor my answers.

The process was mainly done in three stages. First stage was an interview screening with someone from the talent acquisition team - this stage was very informative (not too formal which is great). The second is something called the "Core" interview steps where you get to meet 2 or 3 other people from the business and then a final with the hiring manager (sometimes in the form of a task or case study)
