Very structured interview process. Overview: 1. Prescreen interview with corporate recruiter 2. Interview with direct hiring manager 3. Onsite interview with colleague in Toronto office 4. Interview with another colleague and hiring manager from Success team 5. Final interview with VP of Customer Success Recruiter called me after a couple days to schedule a call with the hiring manager. I received a call that I was offered and job and the offer letter came within hours after that. Overall the process took about a month. This was by far the best candidate experience I have ever had. Procore has employees that devote their time with candidate experience and I was always in communication with someone throughout the entire process. I highly recommend top talent applying for this company.
