The interview process consisted of several rounds.
Round 1 - Initial phone call with recruiter (30 minutes)
Round 2 - Initial phone call with hiring manager (30 minutes)
Round 3 - Onsite - four 30 minute interviews with members of the team and hiring manager (2 hours)
Round 4 - Final phone call with director (30 minutes)
Let me start of by saying that the entire interview process was amazing. The recruiters/coordinators are on top of things and amazing at what they do. Their help made the process incredible.
The on site interviews consisted of some behavior interviews that dived into past experience, leadership, and culture fit along with a technical interview.
Procore wants to make sure that you know your stuff from a technical perspective, but they are really interested in whether or not you are a good cultural fit. You can tell that this is VERY important to them.
I was skeptic about how amazing they say Procore is, but that quickly diminished once I saw the office and interacted with the employees. It was the first time in my career where I could tell that people actually enjoy being there and aren't there because they have to be.
