It was a bit of a hot mess. The person interviewing asked for my availability two separate times over two weeks before she scheduled the interview. I even had to email back after the first time I sent availability b/c she didn't respond. Once the interview was scheduled, at the the interview time, no one called. I waited 10 minutes for a call and then emailed her and asked it we needed to reschedule the interview. She failed to mention in all previous conversations that it was a video interview and forgot to send the video link. By the time all of that was straightened out, we ended up starting about 20 minutes late, but she still wanted to keep to the scheduled 30 min duration, so questions were rushed and I did not get the opportunity to fully answer any of them. And she seemed more interested in playing with her dog (in her lap and licking her face) during the interview. It was the most chaotic and unprofessional interview I've ever had.
