At ProDT, we aim to create an interview experience that evaluates both technical knowledge and communication skills, as collaboration is a key part of our work culture. While we use a mix of low-code, no-code, and traditional development tools, we strongly believe in the importance of problem-solving abilities and adaptability—which is why our interview process is structured the way it is.
That said, we never intend to discourage or de-motivate any candidate. If you felt otherwise, we truly regret that and will take this feedback into account to improve how we conduct interviews. Our goal is to ensure every candidate, whether selected or not, walks away feeling they had a fair and respectful experience.
Regarding the laptop policy, we acknowledge that different companies have different approaches. We strive to maintain a flexible work environment and will continue to review policies based on employee needs.
