Had two phone interviews before an in-person interview with two people. Process was long (around 2 hours), and I was told that they were very impressed and highly interested, and then they ghosted me even after I sent thank you notes and followed up. Very unprofessional. I later came across the job since it got re-posted, and I realized that they stole my ideas that they asked me for in the interview to re-word the job description! It was an absolutely awful feeling and I hope no one else has to deal with this extreme level of unprofessionalism. It seems like they were just looking for someone to give them free insight and ideas and not actually hire. I’m glad they never called back because I would not want to work at such a shady company. Please be warned!
