Reviewed resume and then toured the office. Talked about my ability to multitask. Also reviewed skills such as AutoCAD and projects that they were working on. Much of it was learning about the company

First round interview was a panel of three people at their offices, reviewing my previous work experience and asking the typical interview questions. Afterwards they showed me around the office. Second round, one week later, was over the phone with a larger panel. Just asking if I had any lingering questions or anything that I'd like to let them know. Offer letter came three days later.
