The headhunter reached out to me via whatsapp for a People and Culture Manager role at one of their clients. We came into agreement regarding a call schedule. When the agreed schedule came, the headhunter was MIA. Apparently, he thought it was for the next day. During the call, the way he asked questions was very curt and abrupt. Once he did not get the answer he was looking for, he hurriedly put down the phone. How can this company hire headhunters like this?
I am sorry to read this. It's a shame it's anonymous and that the feedback wasn't raised directly with the management so that it could be addressed. Customer experience is a key cornerstone of our DNA.
We are very proud of the recruiters we have within our business. Many of them have been with the company for several years and have a very strong track record - a unique selling point for us.
What is confusing to me is that our HR Recruitment Team is made up 100% of ladies...
