For the first section I was interviewed by the head of HR, which consisted of fairly standard interview questions about my skills and past experience. Afterward I was administered a timed problem-solving test, which was mostly arithmetic and reasoning questions. Afterward I was interviewed by an Editor, who discussed the specifics of the position.
Unfortunately I found out during the interview that this was NOT an interview for an opening, but rather a prospective interview for future recruitment. They had not made me aware of this before during the application process, and I felt deceived.
The continuation of the process was to create writing samples based on their content, which I chose not to follow up on due to there being no actual job opening.
