The interview process was very casual. It consisted of a couple of zoom interviews. Standard interview questions were asked. Spoke with one of the "managers" as well as the owner/CEO.

Phone interview, it was supposed to be skype but they couldn't figure it out on their end. They had me submit an interview project, going into The Home Depot or Lowe's and looking at products, finding gaps, identifying them and designing a product to cover the gap, while showing how it would be made to be transported.
