Progressive Insurance IT Manager interview questions

Targeted selection questions in star format. Many questions. Many rounds of interviews. Not sure if the interviewer was more interested in the way I formatted my answers than the weight of the content provided.

Heavily behavior-based questions using a Targeted Selection methodology. They look for answers in the form of STARS. Was not much time to have a real dialogue with them. It was sort of one-sided...they ask you numerous questions while they take notes most of the time.
