I applied online. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Detroit, MI) in Aug 2025
Interview
Recruiter call - hour long (some behavioral questions), Technical round was a week or two later, Then a couple weeks after, I found out I passed. Then I had 3x hour-long behavioral rounds. These weren't bad at all. All the interviewers were very pleasant and easy to speak with. With that being said, it was still an exhausting process to have 5 rounds of interviews just to end up with a rejection. They at least gave me a call to tell me they rejected me.
