I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance in Nov 2016
Interview
I found the job on indeed. I applied, then got the assesment. A week after the assessment I had a phone interview. During the interview I was told that in about a week I would know if I was moving on, but 20 minutes after hanging up with the progressive recruiter I recieved an email stating I was to proceed with my background check. 3 days later my back ground check was completed. 2 days after that I was asked to go to a face to face interview the next day. I am not currently working so that was fine. The man who interviewed me was just as kind as my phone interviewer. It was a calm interview and he asked me a set of questions from a book. One question I can remember was a 3 parter, identify a problem..what did you do to try and fix it, what was the outcome? I read a lot of the questions others posted so that I would have some stories to refer to..I hadn't worked in a couple years so thinking back in advance was very helpful. The recruiter told me during the first interview about salary and she asked what my expectations were, also for this position there is a 2 week training out of state. The whole process took just over a month.
I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Malvern, PA)
Interview
I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
