I applied online. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance
Interview
Very impersonal and did not get to speak to someone in person everything was video recorded. It took a long time for them to finally decline my video interview. That's it
Interview
Recruiter called, set up interview as this was referral. Interviewed, was great conversation, received great feedback and went much longer than the time allotment. Manager spoke positively, even showed me the nice things written on the question sheet about my answers. They really tried to sell me on the company and how great they are. Two weeks later (outside the 7-10 business days I was told) received the 'thanks for playing' letter. I received email stating the results of the interview which invites candidates to request feedback about the interview. No feedback given after multiple requests. Some advice: don't waste your time on an employer that touts how good they are yet does not even live up to their written word.

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
